Since 1963, our company has strived to develop and maintain excellence in our products and services. We remain true to our founder’s core value to “give our customers the peace of mind that comes from partnering with an experienced team of dedicated professionals who work hard to maintain the highest standards of design, quality, and ethics.”
As it looks today, the epidemic in Israel has been relatively contained, with only 200 confirmed cases. However, we know this number will rise as testing continues and that the next 3 weeks will be critical to contain this pandemic.
Despite the challenge Coronavirus outbreak represents, we are determined to maintain business continuity and shall remain available to our customers and suppliers at all times, while maintaining our employees’ safety and well-being.
To that end, we would like to share with you the main steps we have taken:
- We expanded the capability to work from home. All our office employees now have an encrypted and secure connection from home.
- We are switching to digital meetings (TEAMS, Skype etc.), when possible.
- We are limiting the number of face-to-face meetings to a minimum, with no more than 3 employees per meeting.
- We divided our employees into two teams: Blue & Red. While the red team will be working from the office, the blue team will be working from home, and vice versa.
- Our integration team will be working in two shifts with strict separation between the teams.
- A company bus will assist employees who rely on public transportation to get to/from work.
- Overseas travel has been canceled until further notice.
- Visits to company premises have been limited to essential visitors.
- We have Installed many disinfection stations around our facility.
We continue to monitor the situation and will take additional precautions as needed.
Lastly, our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event and we appreciate the healthcare workers around the world who are on the front line working to contain this Coronavirus (COVID-19). We remain hopeful that our industry will emerge from these challenging times stronger and more united than ever.
